£600 RAISED FOR THE NIGHTSTOP FOODBANK CHARITY

Castleton's Three Roofs Café and Granny Mary of Hathersage have raised £600 for the Nightstop Foodbank Charity. Granny Mary generously donated copies of her new cook book and so far 120 copies have been sold at £5 each. Every penny has been donated to Nightstop Foodbank which is a local charity that provides emergency food and support to people experiencing financial crisis.

You can help by buying a copy of Mary’s cook book or giving any unwanted food, tins, packets, cereals, breads, cakes, biscuits, sweets and chocolates. Collection boxes have been placed at St Edmunds Church and Three Roofs Café at Castleton and St Michael’s Parish Church at Hathersage.
